The Fox Inn is a busy bar & eatery focused on maximising guest comfort and maintaining clean, uncluttered table settings. • Table-top POS terminals were bulky and occupied valuable guest surface space.

The Solution

CRS epos proposed a wall-mounting solution using an existing ICRTouch POS terminal to preserve familiar operation for the staff. Key actions included:

• Safely mounting the existing terminal on a wall bracket, repositioning power and cabling to hide wiring and preserve aesthetics.

• Ensuring ergonomic viewing and reach-angles, so staff could still use all usual functions without strain.

• Calibration and configuration in the ICRTouch system to adapt touchscreen sensitivity / display orientation as needed for the new mounted setup.

• Training staff on the new layout to maintain speed and efficiency in service.

• Table space freed up, providing guests with a more comfortable, uncluttered dining experience.

• Faster cleaning and turnaround between covers, especially at busy times.
