The Challenge
Hedingham Castle, a unique events venue famed for weddings, corporate functions and special celebrations, needed to upgrade their EPoS system. CRS installed 2 x HX4500 touchscreen terminals at Hedingham Castle, fully integrated with our Lynx back-office software. The hardware was selected for its durability and speed, while Lynx provides comprehensive control over sales, stock, event reporting and staff workflows, all customised for the castle's varied event schedules.
