Tearoom Customer Focus
CRS-epos has been supplying Sheila and her tearoom in Colchester, a fully integrated EPOS System for over six years.
The EPOS System comprises of multiple terminals and printers all networked together with an onsite back office allowing in-depth sales analysis with daily email reports! As with all of our systems Sheila and her EPOS System is fully supported by our experienced engineers aiding in the smooth running of her business.

'CRS have always been there when we have needed help.
They really are just a phone call away. So a change in staff and staff capabilities or a new approach to the menu have not caused nearly as much of a headache as we feared.
When the place is under pressure and the till is not performing as wanted, they have been ready to sort it out, and quickly.
Through this difficult time of lockdown they have been really kind.
