Manage club membership and door access through your EPoS.
Give members a simple way to enter your club and save your team from entering the same details twice. CRS epos connects your ICRTouch EPoS system to an Acre ACTPro-1520 door entry controller, so you can manage membership records and linked card and fob access through TouchOffice Web.
The integration is ideal for members’ clubs and social clubs that want to manage access for both members and staff.
Add a member once
When you add a new member to your EPoS system, their details are automatically uploaded to the door entry system. Your team can set up membership and linked access without creating a separate record in each system.
Give staff one fob for the door and the till
If your staff already use fobs to log in to the till, their details can also be uploaded to the door entry system. They can then use the same fob to enter the club and sign in to the till.
Give members time to renew
Set an optional grace period to let members continue entering the club for a defined time after their membership expires. This gives them time to renew and reactivate their membership benefits.
Connect door entry to your club’s EPoS
