The Challenge

A busy social club was looking to modernise its existing EPOS setup while keeping costs manageable through a rental solution. The club committee wanted a more efficient way to manage member renewals, member pricing and day-to-day administration, reducing the time spent on manual processes.


They also wanted to improve the experience for members by introducing a quicker and more convenient way to identify members at the point of sale.


The Solution

CRS epos supplied and installed a rental solution consisting of two ICRTouch touchscreen 

EPOS systems linked directly to TouchOffice Web.


The new system was configured to support:

  • Contactless membership cards for quick member identification

  • Automatic member pricing at the till

  • Simplified membership renewal management

  • Centralised reporting and administration through TouchOffice Web

  • Real-time sales and member transaction reporting

  • Easy-to-use touchscreen operation for staff and volunteers


The system was fully programmed and configured by CRS epos prior to installation, ensuring a smooth transition with minimal disruption to the club's operations.
