The Challenge
Restaurant Pub, an existing CRS epos customer, was looking to modernise their setup to improve speed of service and enhance the overall customer experience.
Their current system was reliable but lacked the flexibility and efficiency needed for busy service periods, particularly when it came to taking orders and processing payments quickly at the table.
The Solution
CRS epos upgraded RestaurantPub to the latest Uniwell HX7500 terminals alongside the HXTablet, providing a faster, more intuitive EPOS experience.
To further streamline operations, Phoenix handheld ordering was introduced, allowing staff to take orders directly at the table and send them instantly to the system.
This was combined with integrated PDQ devices, enabling seamless pay-at-table functionality, reducing the need for staff to return to the till and speeding up the entire service process.
